These terms cover your purchase and use of Iconic, a macOS app made by Ahmet Dedeler ("we", "us"). By buying or using Iconic, you agree to them.
Iconic is a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Iconic on up to 2 Macs that you own or control. The license is for the lifetime of the product and includes updates we ship to it. You may not resell, share, sublicense, or distribute your license key.
The app activates online and verifies your license periodically to keep it working. If a device limit is reached, you can move your license between your own Macs by contacting support.
If Iconic is not working for you, email us within 14 days of purchase at ahmetdedelerr@gmail.com and we will refund you. We want you to be happy with it, not stuck with it.
The hosted icon catalog is provided as a convenience. Icons remain the property of their respective creators. Iconic is not affiliated with Apple or with the makers of the apps whose icons you change.
Iconic is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Iconic changes app icons on your Mac and includes a restore feature; you are responsible for keeping your own backups.
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will reflect any change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
